Fiesta Oyster Bake is truly a party with a purpose! Come out to the St. Mary's University campus and celebrate the 108th Anniversary of Oyster Bake, a volunteer-driven, Fiesta® San Antonio approved music festival to raise scholarship funds for students attending St. Mary’s University. All proceeds benefit university and alumni programs, as well as scholarships for current and future students.
Four stages featuring a variety of music genres will showcase over 30+ bands. In addition, over the two days of Oyster Bake we go through 100,000 oysters and 32,000 chicken on a sticks with jalapeno!
